I got this awhile ago and I just took a bunch of pictures I was planning on putting them on the product but I searched and cannot find it. I also did a search to unhide out of stock products but I can't seem to find it...

Either I am looking in the wrong area, or it has been taken down...? I'm just wondering if I am not looking hard enough or if EF takes products down? I was just under the impression that if a product was no longer available it would say "discontinued" or "out of stock".

From what I've gathered any time you see "discontinued" on an item, it's because they're thinking about adding it to the product line, not the other way around.

"Discontinued" is a tricky situation. In some cases yes, it's basically like a placeholder. But in other cases the item has been legitimately discontinued. A good rule of thumb with that is how new the item is to the site. If it's just shown up but is listed as discontinued, it's probably going to be available for sale soon. If it's been here forever but is now showing up discontinued, it's probably gone forever. In either case you can submit a support ticket and our awesome customer service folks can usually give you a more definitive answer one way or the other
