I suspect there's a typo somewhere on that banner - Oct 25 3 a.m. has past many hours ago.

I think it was supposed to say Oct. 26th at 3am. If it's during business hours, you can call the 800 number and talk to a Customer Service rep.

I hope you were able to get something!
