I tried to use an affiliate code from someone but it didn't work. It is because everything on this site is undergoing the 25% discount promotion currently so the affiliate codes won't work at all?

Yes. You may only have one sale/discount going at a time. This means that the 15% code will not work.

If you add another item to your cart that doesn't have a discount you can use the 15% off for that item only.

The 15% off only works on regular priced items. Also, when applying the code, make sure it's one of the last things you do, just to make sure it applies to everything in the order it would apply to.
