I mailed a return by USPS I did not get a label from EF I did not get a tracking number I've been told that I could not get a refund without a tracking number I would like to if there is away possible to get my refund I packed the package list and a note why I was returning these items in the box can the recieving department verify they recieved my package can someone please help me thanks max

Submit a support ticket here: link or alternatively, click the "Help" button in the top right corner of the Eden Page. You can go on the live chat with a representative if it says that they are online. At this very moment that I write this response, they ARE online. Members in the forums will not be able to help you get a refund. You'll need to contact customer service.
