I was trying to find it in the policy, but all it said was "Opened electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes), liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) and batteries cannot be returned.". I just want to clarify, that includes lipgloss? I got a lipgloss a couple months ago and I loved it so I decided to try another color of the same gloss. And unfortunately, the other color was horrible. It tasted horrible and had a much thicker texture than the one I previously bought and is more of a soft lipstick than a lipgloss. I can try to find someone to give it to, but before I did I just wanted to double check that it's not exchangeable/returnabl e. I'd gladly trade it for the one I got before, but I understand if it's not allowed.

That's what I was thinking :/ I'll just save it for costume lip stick until I find someone who wants it.

In this case, it would be counted in the oils, lubes, cleaners category.
