I normally always get 70+ get free USPS shipping. Weird thing - some boxed come free, and for some post man charges me 3-10 dollars... An USPS cannot explain why. Eden also does not know why this happens. Did anything like this happened to you?

What do you mean USPS can't explain why? If they're billing you for package delivery that have to explain why. If the post man asks for money to deliver your package, ask him for an invoice. It will either explain why you're being charged, or it will expose the charges as bogus.

Sounds like you are paying your post man a heck of a tip!! The Post Office will give you a slip that needs to be paid at the building--never to their postmen.
