I think it's good to be seven days a week because it allows people who work the weeks or weekends to get their calls in.

Great to hear!!!

I'd like to see the extended hours each day though, as living on the other side of the world, it kind of sucks having to wait almost a whole day for a reply.

But since from what I've gathered, most customers are in North America, it makes sense!!!

That's awesome! I never call, being that I'm overseas, but I do use support tickets when I have to and having them answered 7 days a week is excellent.

Customer service every day of the week means more errors can be caught, and people with odd workdays can still contact you that way. I say keep it 7 days a week please

7 days is great. But, that is 11am to 3pm on the west coast based on EST. The farther west you go the less time a person has to contact customer service when there are needs for assistance. Yous should at least make it 7pm to give all customers a decent window for contact.
