i Have submitted a support ticket because my account was hacked in to, i have made a police report because i had my personal information all my real information. I havent gotten a response and i submitted it on thursday i know it may take a while but im worried about my personal information and what they can do with it, also i dnt have many reviews but the ones i do have i have worked hard on them and contail my pictures and last but not least my order, i had just submitted and order, the police is just waiting to catch the person with my order to make an arrest but in the mean time is there any way i can acess my account back?
PLEASE HELP ME!

First off I am so glad to hear you filed a report already and I hope they catch whoever did this to you! As far as your account information, change your login info and password if you haven't already. I'm not sure who your direct line of contact would be...but the person in charge of assignments and such would be JR. His email is: almon@edenfantasys. com just take the space between the "." and "com".
As far as the ticket, if you submitted it Thursday I'd say you'd hear back by Monday, it can take a couple of days sometimes.
And when you post things on the forums you want viewed RIGHT AWAY, I'd suggest putting the #AskEden before the topic, so that the moderators see it right away and don't assume it's something maybe contributors can help with or something about a toy. That way they KNOW it's an issue that only they can fix

Yeah, I think the best think to do is to change your password! Good luck. I hope it gets all figured out and no damage is done. =[ I wonder how they hacked into your account anyway?

Hello! The administrators are aware of this situation. This seems to be an isolated incident, where two parties are claiming ownership of a single account. We are investigating on our end. At this time, it appears to be an issue related to a recent Yahoo password hack where 450,000 passwords were released.
If you are concerned about your account being compromised and you use a yahoo address, our recommendation is to create a non-Yahoo/AT&T address. Changing the Yahoo/AT&T/Bellsou th.n et passwords is also highly recommended.
