Google Wallet lets you keep all of your credit card and bank information safe and together. It allows you to sign in once and use this information on sites that accept Google Wallet without creating multiple accounts or reentering payment information. Another benefit of Google Wallet is that your debit and/or credit card numbers aren’t stored with retailers. Google Wallet also backs your purchases with their fraud protection policy.

You can also create a Google Wallet account during the checkout process. If you don’t have a Google account, it will be created when you sign up.
Checking out with Google Wallet Once you have items in your cart, go to your cart and click the Checkout button.
At the bottom of the checkout screen, you’ll see the Buy with Google Wallet button.
When you click this button, you’ll be taken to the Google Wallet screen, where you can review your order and also sign into your Gmail account.
Once signed into your Gmail account, you will be asked to add a credit card to your account if you haven’t already. Click Agree and Continue to make a final review of your order and place your order.

I think that's an issue with any service - they do list it out in the Privacy Policy.
I'm not seeing this button on any of the pages when I try to checkout.
