I finally had the money to do a buy-out for the liberator wedge combo and its been in stock since the order but it has been backordered. I understand if theres a delay or something because it is an assignment, but why if it is in stock?

If you have entered a support ticket and called customer service and still haven't gotten a response, you may try e-mailing someone at EF directly.

That being said, it is frustrating when you order something and it seems to be in stock, but then the next day it is not and your item hasn't shipped. I still don't know why this happens, but it does from time to time. Eden usually gets things back in fairly quickly, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I've come to hate the word "backorder", twice a product for review has been backorder on me and it screw up my timetable for these thing. The frist time was just annoying but this time: ust checked my E-mail and it says I'm past due on my review and and item hasn't shipped yet it is still on back order, I'm going to have to submit a support ticket about this it seems.

I was worried that would happen. I think this is common for liberator products, i called the customer service number. It made it in a reasonable amount of time tho. It took about 2 business days longer than expected.
