So I am trying to take advantage of this buy one get one deal going on now, but that "wizard" thing isn't working. Over the item i select comes up the three green rotating circles and nothing happens. I already submitted a support ticket, but i haven't heard anything back. I'm growing a little impatient since i don't want to miss out on the deal, nor the toys I really want. Should I just go ahead and buy them and hope EF will refund me the money, or just continue to wait?

I think the "deal" ends on the 17th. I would wait till the 16th but send off another support ticket and if on the 16th it isn't fixed purchase the toys no matter what. Then I'd save all information related to "deal" and bug the snot out of support till you get the issue resolved. This way, you still get what you want.
