Is anyone else having problems rating reviews today? Making the MY EDEN tab is dicey for me, too.

Hey there, the forum is actually the worst place to ask about site issues. Well, not the worst, but the least effective. If you have a problem, we ask that you send me a private message and I'll look into it with our developers.

I just need to know what browser you were using and the specific page you were trying to vote on and then they'll look into it.

You can also submit a support ticket, but it's faster if you can just get in touch with me.

Several of my friends and I have been having similar issues lately. Often, points don't register correctly or the "My Eden" tab won't show up at all. We can access our control panels using direct links, but nothing else works! We usually fix it by clearing our cookies and refreshing the site, although that's by no means a official fix.

As a side note, the issues are completely random. Sometimes we won't have a problem for a week or two, sometimes it'll happen several days in a row.
