I think it's only a couple of days (less than a week) before the assignment is canceled and offered to someone else.

Ideally, a reviewer should decline or accept and ship out an assigned product within 24 hrs or the next time they're online.

didn't know this either. I never receive emails from the site (long story), so I always have to manually check.
