When I bought the Madamme bustier there was a promo on- it was on sale! First Score! AND free stockings / tights? Second score!
Now when i went to go pick up my package from the post office- it was in there just fine- the bustier that is- but I seem to be short one pair of tights?
Did I not fill something out correctly to get them?

Hmm.. If the bustier was already on sale, it might not have qualified for the free stockings promotion. I'm not 100% sure about that, but I know that when I went to use my affiliate code (15% off) on a lingerie purchase during the free stockings promo.. it made it so that the free stockings promo was no longer valid.

If it was a "deal," there would have been a button specifically on the bustier product page that bundled the two items together in your cart with the appropriate pricing (free in your case). Deal items aren't automatically placed in your cart just by purchasing the main item. Maybe that's what happened?

You can either get it on sale or pay regular price and get it as a deal. That's how it's worked out for me in the past.

Thanks Kindred.

When it comes to deals and promotions, you have to go through a certain sequence to get the deal (usually explained in the promo). SMichele is right too, most specials/deals/kits aren't stackable.

You should submit a Support Ticket to see if Customer Service can clear up your particular order.

I'd check your order information in your account and see if the tights were part of the order.
