Returns

I need to return a product. It is the Lucid Dream No. 12 by Doc Johnson. It does not turn on, even with fresh batteries put in it. I recieved this order earlier last week.

I used a couple discount codes for the purchase I made that included this toy, making the price for the toy lower. In order to exchange this toy for another of the same, I need to somehow pay the $7.40 I owe toward the new toy. That's fair, but I just need to know how I do that.

When I return the item, can I put the money I owe towards the new toy in with the toy I'm returning, or do I need to pay it with a credit card on EF somehow?

Also, I'm not familiar with using UPS to send things. What am I supposed to do? Can I return the toy in the box I got it (it's a USPS box), or do I need to get a different one?

I don't know if you need a different box for UPS, I think as long as you put the UPS return label on there, you'll be fine. I dropped my return off at a regular UPS store, they didn't make me do anything extra.

If you go to your Account page and to your Order history, there's an option on the left menu bar (towards the bottom) to do exchanges and returns. I used that for my toy I exchanged without a problem. I also bought my toy using discount codes, and I didn't have to resubmit my card information to exchange it. I'm not sure you even have to pay the difference if you just got a broken toy and want a replacement that's just the same toy?

There's a link to the Return policy at the bottom center of every page on Eden. That should give the information you need to arrange the return.
