Once EF transfers the package over to UPS, it's out of EF's hands. I thought I had an issue a few weeks ago. Turns out the package was actually small enough to fit into the post box. I'd been expecting another box on my doorstep.

I try to spend enough in each order to get free USPS Priority Mail shipping. It's about 5-7 days faster to Seattle and a lot less chance of delays.

I, too, now make sure to place at least a $79 order at one time for the free Priority shipping. However, my last two orders--ordered at the end of last week, delivered this week--were both delivered in those damn bubble-lined bags again!!

I hate shipping with UPS. I always try to get the shipping with USPS now.

I have a P.O. box, so I have to go with USPS. I don't mind it though - keeps nosy neighbors at bay...doesn't help with noisy USPS employees though

I just made an order and opened a support ticket with it asking for a box. We will see how it goes...

USPS is my preferred way to receive packages but UPS is ok.

Oh yes. But I am refraining to submit a support ticket till my parcel is one week overdue.

I ordered the Envy Three and I have been tracking it. It went on its merry way just like all parcels. Took a week to get out of the states, a few days of "come on! where are you??" till it finally showed up.

IN THAILAND.

And it has been in Thailand for the past ten days- probably on vacation.

I've sent messages to USPS customer service people, but have yet to get any sort of response. It is kind of sad really. When EF was with DHL, I gt my parcels usually in about a week and all my shipping boxes came in a beauitful condition. Now? With USPS? Pffft. Laughable service.
