wrong pattern Throe?

Contributor: Owl Identified Owl Identified
Hey everyone. I just ordered a Liberator Safari Throe and was surprised by the contents of my package today. While I'm aware that Liberator makes a leopard print throe, the site only shows the zebra print and doesn't even present options between leopard or zebra. It only shows zebra.

Now, I chose the safari v. the shag because I loooove zebra print. Too much, perhaps. I really think this leopard is hideous (no offense if you have it and love it, power to you!) and while I'm not typically picky, when you spend a hunk of money on something like this you kind of want it to be what you asked for.

Does anyone know what the deal with this may be? Does EF actually have zebra print? I'm confused and a little frustrated. It's not like the print will make this perform any worse, but it's an eyesore in my bedroom from where I sit. Thanks everyone in advance for any help you can offer.

I would just contact customer service and exchange it.

Hey thanks for your response. Am I responsible for the shipping costs? If so I'd probably just keep it, I'd hate to waste money on shipping because of a mistake.

Well, I once had an item I thought was defective, to send it back they were going to email me a freight label, so I'd just package it up and they would pay for the shipping back, I'd imagine it's the same way for this. If you send in a ticket they'll get back to you pretty quickly.

Oh wow, that's really awesome! I also wasn't sure if this meant that EF didn't carry the zebra print anymore, so hopefully someone can answer that before I clog up EF's inbox with a ticket Thanks for your response.

Always do a ticket first. For customer service to find these threads is almost impossible and they'd be the only ones who would know, being actually in the warehouse/office.

Definitely let them know! We should change the site if we changed the stock, ya know? Or contact Liberator to get the right stuff in so a gazillion aren't going out wrong.
