So I just received my Zini Hua and I plugged the charger in. It lit up all fine and dandy. And then I plug in my new toy. It doesn't light up at all or show any sign of life. I read through the manual and tried unlocking it or even getting it to display the battery life or anything, but it doesn't light up no matter what I do. The charger doesn't go all the way into the port, but I figured it's probably not supposed to, so I didn't force it. I don't know. Is it supposed to fit all the way in? Am I doing something wrong?

the charger may be the incorrect one. I'd send back for a replacement.

I'm thinking I should, but I want to know from someone who has a zini toy if they are normally like that when you get them and if there's something I'm missing.

I just got my Zini Hua a few days ago and it was DOA. It didn't respond to anything. I tried the travel lock and charging it but literally no response. I had to send mine back for a replacement. Sorry you're having issues too. From what I hear it's been really common lately with zini toys, especially the Hua.
