What is YOUR idea of a great date night out? For those of us with kids, its hard enough to get time alone (in a bathroom or hiding in the laundry room for a second of solitude). What is your idea of a great date night?

We often take him along, but he's pretty great and we have fun together, but my parents desperately love having him as well so they're always happy to have him while we go out and in fact, encourage it. My b-day is tomorrow and there's a concert coming up that we would like to see, but I didn't plan to go since it's on a school night and last night my mom begged me to take the time to go and have fun! That helps so much and I'm only 21 (will be 22 tomorrow *sniff sniff!* and he is not ours biologically, but might as well be. Still, it's nice to have a good time to ourself! We take mini road trips when we get time and since he visits his other grandparents and biological parents every so often, that gives us a chance too. Also, there are a couple of times a month when neither of us are working and we get to do a little something while he's in school.

As for our sex life, it's pretty steady. We haven't had to sacrifice *too* terribly much. Ours has an early bed time and nights like tonight when he's visiting family, we get to have sex (and believe me, we did! Lol) We also got to use my Matryoshka FINALLY! WHOO HOO for that!
All in all, we get a nice amount of time together and even if we do carry him along, it's always a blast.
