I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I'll give it a try. I am a review editor, and I just sent a review over because the product that the user was reviewing "melted" (due to contact of TPR and silicone) and they only used the product once before it was rendered useless. Who are the admins? I want to message one (or maybe two) to tell them that a review will be coming their way.

I read the same review and was curious why this would happen between two different materials. I was planning on sending it onto the admin for their review of the situation. As long as you sent it to an admin they will handle it from there. Good call on your part.

We will keep an eye for a review you're talking about, and we'll investigate the situation. Thank you so much for letting us know.
There might be a few reasons why the product showed some signs of "melting". It might be a factory mistake, and in that case, we will be happy to replace the product. It might be some faulty maintenance - storage ina wrong place, exposure to heat or excessive moisture. Normally, of course, these things shouldn't happen, and we will definitely get to the bottom of this.

I've had the same thing happen to me twice, it's because TPR is a mixed material, and it corroded/ate away at the silicone. I'm not exactly sure why but I'm sure it's something to do with the composition of TPR and the composition of silicone. I've never done it but I'm assuming it's like what happens when you use silicone based lube with a silicone toy.

I've asked some clarifications from the reviewer who wrote this review. I have not had a response yet, and when I have, I'll share all the details with you.
As I can assume from the text of the review, the reason why the toy melted was its incorrect storage. This toy was stored together with other toys, and TPR is known for its ability to react with other materials. The important rule for TPR/TPE products is they shouldn't touch anything else
So to keep our toys safe and sound we should store them right! To recall in our memories what does it mean, I suggest looking through Sex toys storage and cleaning guide carefully prepared by Edenfantasys team
