I dream that Taylor has cheated on me or done some other random aggravating thing and wake up pissed as hell. I KNOW he hasn't actually done anything but I can't seem to not be pissy and crabby.

I also have deep love for Blogess' newest column.

Oddly enough, I'm usually cheating on my boyfriend in my dreams with all sorts of unlikely characters. It's usually a situation in which I (pretend to have) no control. Like "Oh... I have to give you a blow job? I owe you one? How about a hand job instead? I was totally forced into this, you know. I am innocent. I swear." And then I wake up feeling all guilty and I tell my boyfriend about it and he's like "You REALLY don't have to share those dreams with me."

OMG that happened to me just a few days ago...I dreamed that my husband was on the phone using that special voice that he uses to talk to me on some other woman, and then he called her "Lover"!!! I woke up destroyed and beyond pissed! I was officially BUTT HURT!
Now we have an open marriage and I know he has used that pet name before on other women, he always calls me his "lady" so I knew that there was something wrong with my way outrageous over reaction. We had a talk about it and we realized that too many new things were going on...he just got a new job that has odd hours and requires him to be away over night (belive it or not in twnety years of marriage this is the first time HE was ever away all night!), I am about 13 weeks pregnant, and our partner is having a very rough patch with unemployment, possible homelessness, and just generally life problems. It was no wonder that my mind found a way to release all the stress on the one partner I could feel safe being angry at! After all my husband was expecting something to happen and when I woke up he just wrapped his arms around me and said it was ok, apparently I had been cussing at him in my sleep! LOL

Ah hah...that's just too funny. I could totally see that happening. I've woken up after dreaming that C has cheated on me, and even though I KNOW it's totally illogical, I still get increasingly angry as I tell him about the dream. Thank God he laughs, instead of getting defensive.
