Starting out writing and asking for advice...

Contributor: A&M A&M
SO I submitted my first article for review last night. Hopefully it goes well, but I figured I would see if anyone had any advice for me as to things I should be looking for when writing these articles.

A good piece of advice that had once been given to me by a fellow writer was read. When reading something (in this case other articles) take notice of how writers execute their craft. What kind of formatting do they use, style of writing.
Another good piece of advice is always have someone else look over your work. This person should be someone that will be honest and not just stroke your ego.

SaucyxGirl Thank you for your advice as well. I am going to take some time to read over articles. I love writing and I think it would be fun to write some articles for here. Well, here I go to get to it and read through a few of them so I can start to get a feel.
