Bad luck with orders

I don't know if I'm just having bad luck with orders lately or if something is trying to tell me to quit buying so much. Out of the last 5 orders I have had I have had issues with 3 of them.
One order was missing an item, it was reshipped but they used an old tracking number and I never received it the 2nd time, did get a refund in the end.
Next order was a gift and one item never turned on, got store credit for it.
Last order included body mousse which had a broken lid and got all over everything else, luckily it was all packaged in plastic and did not harm anything. I'm not even going to submit a support ticket on this one.

Customer service has been extremely awesome, I just feel like a whiner or that they will think I'm a scammer having to submit so many tickets in such a short amount of time. In 3+ years I have only ever had a handful of support tickets but nothing like this.

I agree with Orchid, submit a ticket for it! I know they will do what they can for you.

My second order of this year is touring the country at the moment! Definitely the POs fault at this point.

Right?! They like to take their time sometimes.

One time I ordered a greyhound bus ticket online, ordered it well in advance and it didn't come for THREE months.
