Can't Add Freebies to cart???? (5/12/12)

Anyone else having issues adding the free toys to the cart? I tried adding the biggun, and it won't let me. I tried adding the "with any order" one and it won't let me add that one either. I have over $70 in my cart, so Im not sure what is going on with it.

Am I the only one ...or....?

I just tried and am having the same issue! I think that a support ticket is for sure the way to go, maybe they're out of the gifts and they haven't switched them yet? Good luck!

Sounds like a good idea Thanks! I just wanted to see if it was just me or a site wide issue. Sometimes my account is touchy and I have to log out/log back in etc etc.

I hope that they are switching them out and thats what the deal is. I already have the one pink one hehe.

I did a search for the two current free toys, and it appears that they're both out of stock right now. I assume that's why it's not letting you add the free gifts to your cart.

In case you were wondering here is the email that I just received from Customer Support so that everyone else knows


We thought that that free gift would go quickly, but had no idea it would go THAT quickly. We sold out on them and on Friday management was deciding what to do with the free gifts. I am sorry about the problems and we are working on it. I expect by Monday or Tuesday the site will be updated with the new gift. Again I am sorry for the problems and we will work on it as fast as we can. Have a great weekend!

Im diggin' the one that they replaced the $70+ orders with! I am pretty excited about getting the new product up there. To be honest, I wouldn't have had much use for the previous one. But this should be fun!

I had the same issue with a previous order. Can't remember the date exactly, but there was one specific item (featured on the main page) that wouldn't add to my cart. I was desperate to place my order, so I went ahead. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.
