Hey everyone, I'm hopefully looking to order sometime soon. I live in Canada, so i'm wondering how the custom fees are. Are they high? Do you get charged a lot?

Also I know when you order from the US, it states on the form what kind of product it is, I live with my parents, and I really don't want to have that discussion, so is there anything that is going to give it away?

On the form all it says is "massage apparatus". Customs can get pricey depending on how much your order is. They base the charges on the total value of the package so the higher the value, the higher the customs fee will be. Sometimes we get lucky and our packages don't get fees but 95% of the time, we do. Also, UPS likes to tack brokerage fees on top of the customs fees. I'm not sure if EF has figured that out with UPS yet but I'd stick with the USPS shipping option just to be safe. less
