I've noticed quite a few products that are out of stock for some time then suddenly there'll be an 'Estimated Availablity Date'. I invariably wait for the date only to find that when the time comes the date's been removed and the item's still out of stock. I've submitted Support Tickets but often get a pretty stock answer to add an alert. That doesn't help!

I've just waited for a month to order two items that were (apparently) both going to be restocked in the last day or two but they didn't make it back in and there's no sign of them being restocked. It'd be nice to have either accurate restock dates or none at all. I could have saved myself a month and just ordered them elsewhere.

Does that happen to anyone else?

Oh yes. I'd like to know what is going to be discontinued and what's not. Been waiting on a few items. Avail date is almost never reliable.

Oh yeah, it happens to us too - especially with some of the men's products we've been waiting for. I don't think it's really Eden's fault - I think they know the date they are supposed to get a shipment of items from a particular company, and that's what they probably list as the Available Date. But, they don't always know which exact items will be in the shipment. At least, this is how I understand it, I could be way off though.

It is frustrating, especially when trying to plan a biggish order.

I haven't noticed this, usually when something I want is out of stock it doesn't display a date.

I've noticed this as well. It's frustrating when it's something I don't want to wait on. I have bought a few things elsewhere, but usually I just wait.

I've around 70 products between my wishlists, and only 7 are available / have-been available over the last 4 months. 3 of those are lubes.

I've alerts on nearly everything, and have seen almost no traffic. The few items that have suddenly popped up are gone within the hour! This tells me that there's no issue of demand being low.... so it can only be a supply issue.

I LOVE this site (despite ultimately being quiet on it), but honestly - if there's nothing to buy, what is the point?

I understand that 'changes are coming', but greater transparency is needed if Eden wants to keep its customers... as amazing as the people on this site are, I could find plenty of other forums to follow.

Honestly, what the hell? I don't want to take my business elsewhere.

I've noticed this too. I'd like to know what's going on with the stock. No point looking at my wishlists since all I see is grey shopping carts...
