Unfortunately, this has happened to me twice already. How about you? Has this happened to you? How many times has this happened?

I've only had one defective assignment item so far. Nothing I've bought myself has come defective.

I got a defective vibrator, but it was as a free gift so I wasn't upset about it. It looked cheap too so I didn't bother to try to exchange it as I'm sure I wouldn't like it.

Other than a scratched glass piece, I've had 2 defective items that I received. My cousin got me a Salsa and when I received it, it wouldn't charge or turn on and even had a weird divet in the tip of the toy. The other was the male version of the Love Handle (it's just black and the purple one-female-was out of stock). It wouldn't cycle through all the functions or turn off, the button pushed all the way in and wouldn't come back out, and the tip with the button and covering the batteries became very hot within a minute or two. Thankfully Eden was awesome and refuned us for both those defective toys.

Yes I've returned these items already and got brand new ones in return, but was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. It sucks when you get all excited for a toy and then it doesn't work. Lol. EF is very quick to help with any issues I've had so far. 'Tis why I love this site. They give excellent customer service.

I rarely order vibrators/toys with batteries, so defects are less likely. There was one glass toy that had a few scratches, but I was so eager to use it that I ignored them, and they didn't effect use at all.

I have only had two, both of them were not so much defective but had more of a design flaw/bad finish. There was a pretty sharp seem on a P-spot toy, I had another one sent to me and it ha the same issue. The other had weld splatter all over the toy from the manufacturing process.

Other than that all of them have worked like they should.

Luckily not yet, I hope I never do, as trying to return things would be a hassle with international shipping.

I haven't had an item sent to me defective. My first Mimi quit working properly but I was able to return it and get another, and haven't had any issues.

Yes, I've had at least 4 toys that were. I've had defected lingerie too, but it's just not really worth my time and effort to send the lingerie back. High priced toys I do.

Yes I order the optimum power vibro sucking stroker for my boyfriend and it came in cracked on the outside shell. I wanted to see how it pumped and what not so we could use it when he got home when he pulled it out the box it fell apart!!!!!! It was VERY easy to return but sadly I got a shattered one back in return so this go around we did a full refund!!!!

Also I ordered a Ohmibod for me I...I tried it with the Iphone and my MP3 Player on my phone worked fine then went for playtime worked fine then I was interrupted so I try using as a traditional vibe and it would turn off and never would vibrate to the music! I am currently getting that replaced as well!!!

EF Customer Service is AWESOME

I haven't had anything come defective but I haven't tried all of my battery operated toys so some may be defective and I'm more of a dildo girl so it would happen less with me anyway.

I get damaged or defective products often but after submitting a few support tickets which I think annoy the staff, I'll usually just use them if I can.

I am surprised at how many people have had defective items. Glad to say I have never had one.

I had one review that came defective twice, and one glass toy that shattered twice. Oh, and the Cake Sugar Scrub opened up THREE times in transit to me--after three I was like, "Whatever, I'm going to make this work already."

But given how many orders I've had, it's really only like 4% of the time that I have issues.
