I realize that customer service may be busy...but my order has not shipped and it was scheduled to go out today. Is there a reason for this to be held up or any issues? I cannot get in touch with customer support either.....
Oh eek. I place 1-3 orders a week and sometimes even on a weekday, if i order it in the evening, i don't get the shipped email about 36 hours later, but that's rare. Curious to know how this pans out. I was going to order tonight, maybe I'll wait.
I've had orders that didn't go out on the days they were expected to before (a few times). I think when it happened for me it was because of high order volume and the order processing dept was a little backed up. They were days with big sales, or around holidays. There might be a higher volume of orders going on right now because of all the changes going on. I saw Stormy mention that customer service was a bit backed up right now, but hopefully everything gets flowing smoothly again soon.

Hey maybe you should call them? I was afraid mine was going to be late last week and I called him and it got shipped later that day, if anything they can tell you if your things are being collected then and when it might be shipped if there's a delay.
I ordered yesterday. It was a LARGE order. It went out at about 4:30 this morning. Give it some time.. I know everyone is afraid of ordering and not getting their things.. but you have to consider (this is speculation on my part) that when they got rid of several admins it is also likely that some warehouse people were let go. Not to mention it being the Friday after the first payday of the month (when a lot of people have the money to be able to order).

My order shipped late, too. I assume they're just backed up. Mine did ship and is in transit to me right now.
Mine is still 'In process'. I placed my order at around 10.30am yesterday (16th), so shouldn't the following apply to me?
"Orders placed: Before 3:00PM EST from Tuesday to Friday will be shipped out the same day (on Mondays: place order before 12:00PM EST for the same day shipping) "
I placed two this morning and they both shipped today! I really hope that yours go through okay. Did any of the products in your order go out of stock or anything? Did you use points, real money, or both? I also think that calling them may be a good idea.

Glad to hear you will be getting your order but wow it has too this long. I have not had any issues with the ones I got last week and this week.
