Do you think there should be an option to see only the backs of lingerie (specifically panties) in thumbnails? Would you use it?

As it is you can only see the default picture, which is the front. I have a large butt, and the back is what my boyfriend is going to look at most. It gets irritating to always have to click on everything just to find most have backs I wouldn't like.

I don't mind clicking the links either... as long as there is a back view. It bugs me when there are 4 photos to click through and not one of them is a back view. I like being able to see the back of lingerie as well.

The images on our site are almost always provided by the manufacturer, we upload what they provide for us. There are quite a number of pieces that do not have a photo of the back available, and while it is frustrating at times this is in part why the review program exists.

I don't know what you are using as your keyword when you search for panties, but if you prefer a certain style then type it in to the search box.

For example, if you like boyshorts then this is what your return will look like. I hope that helps.

I generally use the "Refine By" tab in lingerie rather than searching. I just mean it would be cool if there was a way to check a box that says "Show thumbnails of backs" and it would show a default picture of the back instead of the front. If the back isn't available, then it just wouldn't change.

What really gets me are things like this. These come up when you search or filter boyshorts. It was quite a surprise when I first clicked on this expecting... well... boyshorts.

Mostly I just wanted to see if I'm the only one in this boat, and apparently I pretty much am.

I don't know that it'd actually be worth the effort to implement, but then again, I wouldn't be opposed to this being an option (even if I wouldn't use it much). I would like the idea of rolling over the picture thumbnail to see the back though.

I would not mind seeing the backs if the photo is there but I don't feel like its absolutely necessary.

I agree!

I suspect the reason they are often not even taken by the manufacturer is because they do so much tweaking of the outfits in back with clips & pins, to make it fit the model better. I doubt they want to take the time to re-adjust everything for the different angle shots.

I always want to know what the back looks like, from an aesthetic standpoint & from a fit one, as well! The design in the back could be a deal breaker for you if you see something that doesn't work for your figure. I can't imagine it's all that difficult to take a picture of the backs of panties because they don't need adjusting, like a chemise would. But, they may think it's a waste of time for g-strings & thongs, but I would disagree.
