It is all about the process; a through analysis of the Pros and Cons in choosing your sex toy or other adult products. After you’ve examined and deliberated the product you want, you will finally say, “oh yes, that is the SEX TOY I’m going to buy!” How many REVIEWS did you read BEFORE you arrive at your decision to make the purchase; or was another option necessary?

I want to read at least one or two reviews - a pro and a con is always helpful in making decisions.

Really, it always depends on the toy...
04/27/2012
I'll read a couple of the reviews to get a few different opinions on the toy and watch any videos available
04/27/2012
It depends...but I normally read at least a pro and con and skim some others.

I just read the product page for the most part, most of the time it is a descriptive review and I can get a good idea about the toy. I pretty much know if the toy will work for me by just looking too.
04/28/2012
It really depends on how many reviews the toy has. I always read all the reviews with the lowest ratings to see if any of the problems those reviewers had are deal breakers. If there aren't any I will select Show All Reviews and browse the summaries. I also actually do pay attention to the quick and dirty pros and cons that you see in the comparison.
04/28/2012
I usually read a at least two reviews, one that rates it highly and one that rates it poorly and then go from there.
04/28/2012
it depends on the cost of the toy. If it is cheap, I'll read only a couple reviews, (the lowest star and highest star). If it is expensive I will read EVERY REVIEW EVER WRITTEN, posts, polls, other sources! I don't want to spend a whole bunch of dough on something that doesn't work for me.
04/28/2012
I tend to read 1 or maybe 2 good reviews but will read all of the bad reviews of a product.
04/28/2012
It depends. I usually just buy what I want. Regardless of the reviews. Because sometimes I buy things without reviews. I don't mind being the first tester. I read them if they are available, but usually order whatever I want.
04/28/2012
I usally read all the reviews avalible, search the forum and see if it has been compared to the other toys I might be thinking about. If I'm still having a hard time making a decision I've been know to message the reviewers and ask more questions. I highly recomend this as I have meet some very kind people this way! I've made a few polls too. I think having all these options makes EF the best place to shop!

Depending on the toy I'll usually read at least 2 reviews, and usually three to get a good perspective on it. Usually two positive, one negative. Depends on the item though. If I really know that I want it, I sometimes will only read one just to confirm my feelings.

It depends on the toy. Sometimes I can get all the info I need from the product page. Sometimes if it's pricey and I am unsure if it will work for me, I'll read all the reviews, search the forums, and search for outside sources.
I have also bought items on impluse without doing any research at all.
It really just depends on the toy and my mood at the moment.

I usually like to read multiple reviews on a product before purchasing it.
04/28/2012
I thoroughly research it.
04/28/2012
I usually read a review or two.
04/29/2012
I'll read all the reviews available on a product I'm planning on purchasing. I like to know what I'm getting.
04/29/2012
the reviews are there to help you find what will be best for you

my wife and I will go through as many as are listed. Unless theres a ridiculous amount of them, like two or three pages. We usually just stay on the first few pages.

I usually read the most recent top stars 3 or 4 reviews along with the bottom stars 3 or 4 reviews to determine my final assessment of the item I am interest in buying.

I'll do everything I can to make sure that when I buy something, its going to work for me. I'll read reviews, go through photos/videos, compare lists, ask the hubby, start discussions, etc etc. Im pretty thorough since we ordered a few things right off the bat and they weren't what we expected. So now, I make SURE I want/need it lol

First it's how it looks. Then if the price is good I read a free reviews before I buy it.
05/04/2012
I need photos!
05/04/2012
For a vibrator I try to read one favorable review and one unfavorable one, sometimes more if I still feel I need more information. For a dildo I can often tell if I'll like it by looking and checking the dimensions, though I'll often skim a review anyway, mainly find out how firm or soft the toy is.
05/05/2012
I read 3 reviews on average, and I sometimes will start a discussion if I'm really having trouble deciding. Sometimes, looking at the vrooms (4-5), bees (3 or less), and the material alone will help me decide if it's a total YES!
05/05/2012
It depends on a lot of things. The rating, what it looks like, reviews, and price all factor in- as well as the vroom and bee levels, of course. For more expensive things, it also depends on if there's a special occasion coming up or not. There's been times, though, when I just absolutely fall in love with a toy and don't really need any other reason to get it.
05/06/2012
It depends on the price for me. If it's a moderately expensive item (say more than $45 or so), I'm more likely to read a bunch of reviews and do some extra research. If it's something less expensive, I'm more likely just to buy it without reading lots of reviews.
05/06/2012
It varies. I may read one review, or I may read ten. I may post a discussion or a poll, or I may read the polls and discussions of others. I may not read anything at all, if I just like what it says on the product page. I don't have anything set in stone when it comes to choosing toys.

its not the number of reviews but i look for certain things people might say, like if it's well made or falls apart easily, or if it has a smell
