Deleting outbox messages?

Contributor: Jul!a Jul!a
I know that one of the last updates was supposed to make this possible, but I haven't been able to do it yet. I selected the ones I wanted to delete and hit the delete button but the page just reloads and doesn't change anything. Anybody else having this problem?

No, I have not had this problem at all. As soon as the update came out, I deleted a lot of messages to empty it out and it worked just fine.

Hmm. I've tried on a few separate occasions but haven't had any luck yet.

Well, that's definitely odd. It may be a glitch.

We have identified a bug in Internet Explorer, it will be fixed in the next update. Firefox users are not affected by this issue.

I've been using Firefox to do this.

Just went to try it again and still no luck

I mean it's really not the end of the world, I just wanted to clean up a bit, lol.

And I really do appreciate you guys taking the time to try and fix this issue.

I'm using the not quite latest version of Firefox. How would I go about clearing cookies and making sure that JavaScript is on?

We have identified the issue: the messages could not be deleted because the messaging service of the receiver was disabled, we have to modify this rule. A fix will be applied in the next update.
