I'm really becoming curious about this subject recently, however I'm quite puzzled how to achieve this. I'm currently very comfortable with the Randy and can really take it with minimal warm up.
One time I have tried to experiment with self fisting and prepared myself extensive with the Randy and the Gapers organic but could not really get any further than my knuckles. I'm wondering if there is any special technique or position where it is easier.
