Can Self-Assplay Ruin Enjoyment of Anal Sex?

Everyone is an individual and so your experience is unique to YOU. However, I have found both toys as well as the real thing to be enjoyable, at least with a considerate partner.

Unfortunately, often when being penetrated by the "real thing" if the owner of the penetrating penis doesn't know what he's doing, the experience is disappointing. Indeed, I've experienced one or another fellows with rather large equipment who were not particularly skilled. Sadly, some guys consider size to be more important than skill.

Additionally, who says you and a human partner cannot also incorporate toys into your play, my spouse and I do.

As far as how I take my biggest toys, the sphincter is probably just like any other muscle in that using it repetitively in a certain way trains it, or develops a muscle memory in it, to respond quicker to the same use in the future. I have been into assplay for so long that I have gotten my sphincter to the point that the toys I need to use to get it ready for my biggest toys has gone down in number to one or two while their size has gone up.

In practical terms, all I really need to start an analplay session now is one medium to slightly larger dildo like EF's Caesar, that has, if I recall correctly, 8 inches of insertable length and abt a 2 & 1/2 inch diameter, to open my sphincter enough to use my bigger toys like EF's Girthy Giant or Doc Johnson's Belladonna's Magic Hand. It has taken me years to train my sphincter to play that way.

There's nothing wrong with beginners or even relatively seasoned analplayers starting a session with 3 to 4 or more relatively small toys, like small(er) buttplugs or anal training kits, that are progressively larger to open themselves up at first and, only after using them long enough to get the sphincter open and relaxed enough to take those toys easily, moving up to their largest toys, although it may take years, if ever, for them to be able to take extra-large toys like I can!

Also indispensable in anal training and play is plenty of lube, regardless of the experience level! I play so often (at least 3 to 4 times a week) that my go to lube is mineral oil, because it coats so well and is inexpensive.

I try to eat to a high fiber diet or take a fiber supplemental every day to help with elimination and I don't play until after I have a bowel movement. I'll play with one of my medium-sized dildos first and while I'm doing may get the urge to eliminate further. I don't play with my extra-large toys until I'm pretty thoroughly cleaned out.
