Getting back into anal

Contributor: babycin babycin
It has been a while since I last tried anal and even before hand it wasn't often. But now that it has been at least half a year to a year I thought that it was strange that I was struggling with my toys now. I usually use a 1 inch beaded wand but I recently got a 1.3 inch stringed bead (kegel beads). It isn't that much bigger than my other toys but it was much harder for insertion and retrieval. Should I stay away from the stringed beads or is the extra .3 inches actually a bigger difference than I thought and I need to train myself more to accept it. It was fine when inside but when it came time to retrieve it... I was worried that it wasn't going to come back out and I had to really pull on the string hard. I am worried about using stringed beads at that size or stringed altogether now. When it is a wand attached and beaded it comes out easily so I may just stick with that but it seems like such a waste now that this Christmas I received so many new toys that I wanted to try out but I am just too worried to try them after not doing it for so long and having this much trouble now.

OMG, do you know you're playing with fire? You might end up in the ER with Kegel beads stuck in your rectum -- Kegel beads are for vaginal use only!!!!! Why don't you try beaded anal probes like these: L'Amour premium silicone beaded probe and silicone Groove.

Absolutely. This is incredibly dangerous and you will be the laughing stock of the ER for many a year to come, or until the next person out does you in absurdity.

Thanks for chiming in, Rossie!

While I do NOT condone or advise using a non-flared toy, I will tell you my experience and thoughts on your situation. I think most anal toy mishaps are from toys that are WAY too big, or are elongated in shape, like dildos, vibrators, etc. If they slip inside they can turn sideways and might not come out. But if its round and smooth (egg/small bullet vibes, balls) you will be able to retrieve it, mostly by your own muscle power. Squatting (the more natural way to evacuate the bowels) will make it much easier and use the string or cord to guide the toy to your anus. Gently push out and while it will feel like a big you-know-what, it should come out without much difficulty.

As for the 1.3" vs 1", actually yes, it CAN be a big difference to your body. A 1.5" plug or toy can go in after a few minutes of foreplay, but a 1.75" takes a LONG time and lots of determination. That little bit more is just beyond what I can easily open for. Of course with more practice you'll be able to do more. Don't for get that your anus is a MUSCLE and just like a gym workout, it needs a gentle warm up in order to stretch.

Good luck and have fun!
