I've worn one for up to an hour, but haven't really gone much over that (though I am sure it would be quite possible). Really it's a question of purpose, and I haven't really had much reason to wear one for longer than 30 minutes usually.

Depends on the plug and the lube. With a comfortable plug (rounded edges, long neck, nice base) I can go a long time. What do I like to do with it in? Many things - best is if you're moving around so the plug moves, sitting down is also good if the base can bump against the chair and move the plug. Need I add that sexual activities are also fun?

I generally do stay around my house. I have tried wearing one out, but if I'm at my place then there's a better "escape route" if I need it.

The downside with long-term plugging is that I find it feels strange when I'm not sexually excited, so I tend to do it for shorter periods of time.

I have had one in for about two hours between lubing it up and popping it back in. Total about four hours max.

When I have mine in, it is BECAUSE we are together and I am indeed anticipating HIM replacing it, and HE is likewise sexually charged knowing it is in me, waiting for HIM to replace it...s there IS no period where it is not part of being "sexually excited".

anywhere from a few minutes for some quick fun up to an hour or so if I'm wearing It just for a little bit of fun. if I am wearing a plug for an extended period of time I like to move around the house and do some work while I enjoy it moving around inside.

My Master requires that I stay plugged whenever I'm not with him. I'm allowed to remove it to clean it that's it. I love it. When It's not in I miss it.

Outside of the bedroom I've gone out for a few hours of errands. Inside the house I have worn one for hours. I love going from mundane daily tasks to a state of serious sexual arousal and then back to chores several times a day. Occasionally, I will put one in just before I go to sleep. It is such a treat to wake up in the middle of the night with a little playful pressure on my prostrate.

I really only use my plug during sex, but this is only because I don't have a comfortable one, once I get a plug that's more intended for long term wear then I will try to go for longer.
