How odd and rare a fetish is the "Urine Enema"?

Contributor: Bignuf Bignuf
A while ago I posted about an old girlfriend who wanted me to "stay in her" after anal sex, and then urinate, thus "washing her out with a warm urine enema" to quote her on this. I have never seen or heard of anyone else doing this...ever, till I saw it in a couple "fringe" DVD's.

Has anyone else ever tried this, wanted to or actually does this as part of their sex play? How rare is this fetish?

By the way, it is NOT easy keeping a flaccid penis in an anus, no matter how willing that hole might be. It seems to want to expel the penis by itself, so accomplishing this means a REALLY relaxed and "wanting" recipient and a VERY full bladder for the "donor".

You'd probably get more accurate results if you made the voting private, since this is a little 'off the beaten path.'

That is true. Private voting would definitely provide more accurate results on this one. But as a nurse I know NO WAY!!!! Seriously asking to have potential mega health issues if attempted and continued this as a practice.

Considering how much I fetishize enema play... there's no other way I could vote on this. I've read one account of it and used it as a masturbation fodder.

I'm a urination fetishist, so I'd definitely do it to someone. I do not know how safe that is, though. I would want to look it up to make sure that it's safe beforehand.

Heck here I was thinking that water sports is a natural thing to do. I guess depending on what you and the partner are into you know to each his own. My mentor/teacher first explained about it as we of course taled about what we were going to do or try. I admit it was odd at first but I've gotten use to what sports that we play at. My current I did a water sport on him and he went nuts he loved it.

I'd research it if a partner wanted to do it. If there aren't any health issues, I think I'd be open to trying it. But I personally wouldn't put it on a sexual bucket list...

I sometimes think about this, but I've tried water sports and am indifferent to it. Might try again, but it's just not something I'd probably do regularly.

Never done it. Can't really say I'd want to. However, I'm also a nurse, and I can't see how it would be dangerous or a health risk. Urine is naturally sterile. Once you are having penetrative anal sex, you are taking a risk, but not a huge one if you are careful and know what you are doing.

I think the most difficult part would be to not only keep the penis in the anus, but to release the muscles to urinate immediately after coming. I know My Man often goes into the bathroom to pee after sex, and it takes him quite a while to completely "get limp" and get a stream going. The penis (and the woman's urethra)have a valve that automatically closes during sex, and it can take a while to open that valve and get the muscles to respond.

Just looking at it from a medical perspective, my guess would be most people would have a difficult time managing it. But, people are pretty good at managing things they want to do. I guess it could work sometimes for some people.

I wouldn't do it because I'm not into watersports, but I don't find it all that strange, either.

No particular desire to try it, but no particular "Ewwwww NO!" reaction either.

It can't be that uncommon - my ex's favorite way of expressing that someone was hot was saying "I'd pee in her butt."

I LOVE that idea! Not so much for an enema cause I already do one before anal play, but just the idea of a partner peeing in or on me if a turn on!

I have seen a number of porn vids where the guys are firm enough to penetrate but are still able to urinate too.

I'd rather wear a condom for anal sex on a girl. I'm really not down with the trych.

Didn't think of that. Wonder if EF would allow me to re-post as a private question. May do this. Good point. THANKS.

Yes, but "physiology warning". When a man has an erection, the prostate acts as a "valve" to prevent urination. Forcing urine past that "valve" can result in the inability to hold urine both with and without an erection. A friend, who is a urologist told me that one, since he has had patients who wake up with erections, but "really, really have to pee" and so force it. Eventually it can cause problems. Not from one event, but with repeat over and over doing of this activity.

Urine is essentially sterile water, salts and small amounts of uric acid and electrolytes. In a healthy person, there is little else there, and I cannot see how it would have any health issues if done once in a while. I certainly would not do it regularly, as any salt water enema could dry the rectal tissue..etc.

Have you thus ever shared that fantasy with your significant other (if you have one)? They too might indulge you...or even share the same fantasy's!! It is even fun to do the "you get to have one of YOUR dreams fulfilled, and I get to have one of mine" even if neither of you is "into" the others fantasy, the fact is, you derive pleasure from bringing the other partner pleasure.

okay...I really hope I am not "giving away" too much here...since I do NOT want to imply this as a "medical recommendation" or anything, by anyone, but I know a couple who do this occasionally, and I will tell you now, he is a physician, and she WAS a nurse, went to medical school and is now a physician as well.

I knew them both "way back when" and we speak candidly about all things..including "sex" as they are part of our VERY OPEN "Friday Night Dinner Group" of friends. (we were sharing such tales LONG before there was EF!!!)

I will ask them, but honestly, they never seemed to worry at all about any of the activities they have chosen to do, and there ARE things they "won't do because it can be unhealthy", but this does not seem to be on their "warning, don't do" list.

It's not my cup of tea, but if you can think of it, there are probably people out there who do it. There is also probably porn that depicts it. I once saw a porn video where a girls vagina was opened with a speculum and a guy urinated in there.

I'm not into watersports myself but if it pleases my partner, I would love to try. I'm getting hard just thinking about a cock filling my rectum with hot, steamy liquid. Kind of like getting filled with cum.

Urine is steril and mostly desease free. Dr. Drew has said there's no harm in this.
