Suggestion. Get your partner INTO a nice, warm shower. YOU clean his or her tail end with a nice sudsy soap (liquid soap works best) and a soft wash cloth. You can "play with them" while doing it. Once clean, and STILL IN THE SHOWER, you can let your tongue go there, and it won't seem such a "leap" if you are already "oral" at all. Feels very....CLEAN.
