YES. All the movement of sex makes my stomach start to BURN when it's empty. Sometimes I have to stop so I can eat something, or else continue in pain.
If I DO manage to climax, it feels like my stomach clenches up and then relaxes - releasing a flood of FIRE in my belly - and this makes it difficult to continue long enough for my partner to finish.

So, best bet is to eat before sex.

I've definitely had moments like this! If my tummy is growling and I feel so hungry there's no way I can focus enough on sex. I have to get up and go eat something. lol. I never really thought about it until I saw this post but it's true for me.
