If you mean stopping yourself right before you orgasm and holding it off for a bit, yes, I've done it, and yes it's more intense.

We were doing this pretty heavily for a while. At first it made my orgasms more intense, but after a bit of time it messed with my ability to reach orgasm at all. We ended up having to stop it because it got to where I could hardly cum. I really liked doing it, but I didn't wanna mess up my orgasms forever.
