This is a great article. Thank you for sharing. My partner and I have entered into mismatched libido territory lately. It's weird because when we were younger, I couldn't keep up with her. Now it's opposite.

Normally I masturbate pretty much every day, but now that I'm working again (I didn't work for like 3 months because of the pandemic), sometimes I'm just too tired when I get home. My favourite time of day to masturbate is before bed, so especially if I've worked a late shift and have to wake up early the next morning to work a morning shift, sometimes I've found myself just going to sleep almost immediately after getting home without having a wank. I have noticed that sometimes my orgasms are more intense when I go a day or two between sessions, so it's not all bad. Still, I do usually prefer to let off some sexual steam at least once every 24 hours so long as I have the time and energy.

Occassionally if I have the time, I've been known to masturbate more than once in a day. When I was home all day because of COVID, I'd sometimes have a morning/afternoon session and then a second bedtime session (because what else was I going to do with my time?), which was fun.

I'd say I do about 2-3 times during the week because I get my partner on the weekends. If I'm testing a new toy, however, then that can easily go up to 4-5 days or even multiple times in a day.

I usually get two or three sessions in a week these days, but sometimes I climax two or three times in a single session, with a break in between. Should do more, but I've been pretty stressed lately, which has drained my sex drive.

I can go a week or two on occasion without pleasuring myself. Then there are other times when it can be daily, depending on my mood and the situation.
