My wife does - and pretty routinely. I do believe that any woman can - but it takes some 'getting to know yourself'.
When we first married my wife would achieve intense clitoral orgasms - but would be so sensitive that she could not tolerate additional stimulation.
When we began to experiment with g-spot, a-spot internal stimulation - we discovered 'blended orgasms' that involve both vaginal and clitoral orgasm.
With this type of orgasm she relates two types:
1. Multiple discrete orgasms over a 3-5 minute time frame
2. Long continuous 'rolling' orgasms that last 1-3 minutes

It's definitely possible. I agree with the above poster. It involves getting to know your body and practicing. You just have to be able to keep it going after your first orgasm, carefully. At first that's hard because you sometimes are too sensitive after an orgasm to enjoy any sensation for a while, but that eventually starts to go away with practice.

I wanna thank the original poster and the responses! I have yet to really find a reliable way to achieve multiple orgasms. I'm 21 and I've only done so twice in my life... and it wasn't in quick sequence, there was a good 15-45 minutes between them (but I had like 7.) I think the mindset has a lot to do with it, you have to be really turned on AND thinking "I am going to have more than one orgasm". But really believe it. xD I guess.
