Why the minor orgasms and how to reclaim the dizzy-feeling, weak-knee orgasms?

Contributor: eroticmutt eroticmutt
There have been three occasions where I have had amazing orgasms- two during masterbation and one during intercourse. Those three times I had a very strong feeling and very intense, and afterword I felt a bit dizzy and light headed, and my knees went weak and I had to lay down.

Yet normally I just get some good feelings, a bit of back arching and then it's over- no dizziness, no pleasant tired feelings all over my body or shakiness. For some reason orgasms that end like that are much more satisfying to me.

Is there anything I can do, or technique I should try, that will bring those feelings back? Advice or personal experiences are welcome.

I find that if I wait a while between orgasming (a month or so), the first few will be intense and then decrease in intensity from there.

I'm the same way. If it's been a little while they generally are much stronger. Other than that, I would just say that it's totally normal. All orgasms are not created equal, and each time it's like spinning the roulette wheel. If you don't already do this, you might start training your kegel muscles so you can squeeze those when you're getting close to orgasm. I find, for myself anyway, that makes the orgasms a lot stronger.

Wow, I sure don't want to wait a month

I will try doing more Kegel exercises, I have the Lelo Luna Beads which I use sometimes, but I had never actually done Kegels while masterbating so I will give that a try.

(Masturbatorily speaking) I find that my orgasms are much stronger if I have a strong vibrator but make myself build up slowly. For instance, with my We Vibe Salsa, if I have it on the highest setting, I can press it hard against my clit to decrease the intensity of the vibrations a bit. Then, when I'm about to orgasm, I decrease pressure (therefore increasing intensity) and I have a massive, writhing, screaming orgasm.

I go through periods of depression where I am mostly uninterested.

Seems like the longer you let it build the better usually

Thanks everyone, I have been working on taking longer to get off and also focusing on fantasy to arouse myself more. Haven't been having quite as intense of orgasms yet but they are getting stronger. Seems like this is a skill that takes some time to perfect
