I love making eye contact when giving oral to a partner, and most of my partners have specifically asked me to make eye contact with them while giving oral. I've found that it can be a little awkward or even uncomfortable to do so for long periods of time, so I'll generally just hold eye contact for about a minute at a time and just at random times throughout.
