Yes, I do pay attention to certain sensitive areas, specifically for the man I'm with at the time. Although there are a handful of super sensitive nerve ending filled spots in a mans penis, the level of sensitivity in each spot will vary greatly from man to man, just like anything else. For instance my current boyfriend has a super sensitive frenulum but flicking my tongue against his meatus is actually uncomfortable for him, while my ex-husband loved that part, and had very little sensitivity in the frenulum.
I'm honestly not sure where along the way I learned any of this, as I know I've been aware of all these areas since I was a teenager...I've always read every sex book I could get my hands on so I'd be willing to bet that's how I picked it up.
