I'm pretty sure this idea is stolen from Japan's White Day in which the male gives the female chocolate or other present; it's a sign that he's interested. On Valentine's Day in Japan, only the females give males chocolate, so White Day is the response day. Although this is somewhat silly, to me that makes a whole lot more sense than America's V-Day and Steak & BJ Day. V-Day is not just for women so why should men have a special day?

I dont understand it at all. Then again we both exchange gifts on valentines so its more of a mutual thing. And we arent necessarily even romantic that day. I think people put to much emphasis on "special days" and not enough effort into connecting and loving each other the rest of the time.

Hadn't heard of it but it would be a good day for me too since I like to eat steak too and I like giving head. This already happens on a pretty regular basis though so probably no need to celebrate it specifically. We usually try to just celebrate being alive and together every day.
