It used to be one my knees while he was sitting, but then I had knee surgery and I still feel weird about putting pressure on it like that.

We almost always do it with him reclined in bed while I'm laying next to him and leaning over his lap. It's the easiest position for us because of the size of our bed.

kind of wish this poll has multiple options. I think most of the positions are good for different times. I chose the one with him seated because I like if he's relaxed.
