Wow. That's strange. It does sound like the author may have over done it by putting it that way. I don't think any woman will spontaneously burst into orgasm only from a tongue being inside there. I couldn't and I'm extremely easy to get to come. The tongue isn't very strong so it's hard to get it any further than the very opening. I'm sure it feels good to have it there, but I could take it or leave it. I cannot believe that any woman could actually orgasm just from that. IT doesn't even go inside really. I think they should've worded it better. It could very well turn a woman on majorly, but I don't think that alone will cause orgasm. It doesn't for me.
