Like you, it wasn't the most comfortable thing in the world, I would lay on my back, with my arms spread backward holding my hands on the underside, and the same with my legs, locking the ankles. He got to do most of the moving (don't ask me how his knees held up, but somehow he never complained!) and kept us on the 'up' side of the limb! But my gosh, it was fun. We were both big Whitman fans, it made complete sense to us. We didn't even plan it the first time, we'd just been climbing trees, started kissing, and didn't stop...
