An odd request. Something to stop over insertion?

Contributor: JoshG JoshG
My wife has a shallow vagina. She will be really liking what we are doing, then one of us will move too much and I will go to deep and she ends up jumping off of my penis and rolling around on the bed holding her stomach.

Is there some sort of device you can put on the base of your penis to prevent accidental over insertion? If they don't make a device specifically for this, has anyone used a device intended for something else for this purpose. Any success? I try to be careful, but it's hard to prevent it at times. I hate ruining a good time by one accidental poke.

I'm assuming one of the bulkier cock rings (ones with vibrating bullets and such attached) could be placed only partially down the shaft, so it kinda gives a barrier.

Tor might work for you, its got a larger vibrator attached and the ring itself is very stretchy soft silicone. If you put it lower on the shaft you could use it as a barrier.

Just a simple "cock ring" made of elastic material as a "guide" will do, but you do understand that pain of this nature is NOT normal. Unless you are insanely large, most vaginal vaults can more then accommodate a normal or even "larger" penis. Plus you describe her has really being in "pain" in her stomach area. PLEASE have her speak to her GYN. This is something that really should be checked out. She may have a prolapse uterus that is impinging on her vagina and making it "smaller" or some other issue that CAN be fixed.

While everyone's anatomy is different, I have spent many years assisting with care in an O.B. unit and never encountered someone with a notably "shallow" vagina.

I am NOT an OB or GYN specialist, despite my time working with O.B. patients, so I am not going to pretend to be an expert and say it cannot be the case, but I sure would have it checked out by a professional in this area.

She has seen her GYN about it. They said her cervix was inflamed and had obviously been "bumped".

This has gone on for the 12 years we've been married. Before any kids, and after 2 kids, this is still an issue.
