Avoiding pubic hair friction

Contributor: mr. right mr. right
My better half and I have a great sex life BUT... there is one thing that consistently ruins the moment (esp. for her): my hair irritates her skin whether I'm shaven or unshaven. she's turned off due to the irritation, and i'm turned off when she's turned off. is there some type of barrier i can buy to place between us?

I know you wouldn't want to do this all the time but have you considered sex with panties? Not only can it be quite hot to not be naked but it would help. Or you might even consider lubing up your monses.. Whatever is the plural of mons. LOL Another product you might consider is in Monistat's soothing care line. They have a chafing powder gel which I use on my bikini line for chafing and it might help you here. It's near all the Monistat products in any drug store.

Maybe crotchless panties for your partner? They have cute ones on this site.

Maybe a dental dam with a hole in it?

I'm guessing she removes her hair, or trims at least. I shave, and have this problem after sex sometimes too. What irritates me is the friction during intercourse, not my guy's pubic hair or lack thereof. I'm not sure if any type of barrier would be the solution, but it's always worth a try. Have you tried putting lotion or lube where she gets irritated before having sex? That might help to reduce some friction.

If you don't want to shave or trim then wet it down. Seriously, make sure it's very slick like with a silicone lubricant... whenever my husband rubs himself up with lube (and I mean with a lot not a little) his bush is not a problem.

Water lube should work as well.

Or shave or trim! Also, waxing is not as painful as everyone makes it out to be!
